Murray Rutherford, J.D., Ph.D.

Murray RutherfordMurray is an assistant professor in the School of Resource and Environmental Management at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, where he teaches law and natural resources, environmental impact assessment, and water policy and management. His Ph.D. dissertation at Yale University examined the evolution of ecosystem management policy in the U.S. Forest Service, with a focus on the Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming.
