Kimberly Byrd, Ph.D.

Kimberly holds a Ph.D. in conservation biology from the University of Minnesota. Her dissertation, titled Of Wolves and Worldviews: Navigating the Social Landscape of Wolf Management in Minnesota, employed Q Methodology to understand the subjective realities of Minnesota citizens. She used a policy sciences framework to reveal how an appreciation of these perceptions can be used to outline viable management plans for wolves in the state. Kimberly lives in Minnesota with her family.
